Products

Yes. Weighted blankets use deep pressure stimulation (DPS) — the same mechanism as a firm hug — which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol and increasing serotonin. Multiple peer-reviewed studies show meaningful reductions in anxiety and improvements in sleep onset time and sleep duration. Our Cooling Weighted Blanket delivers the same therapeutic benefit as brands like Bearaby at a fraction of the cost.

The general guideline is approximately 10% of your body weight. For most adults, a 15 lb weighted blanket is the sweet spot — heavy enough to provide meaningful deep pressure stimulation without feeling restrictive or hot. If you're between weights, go lighter rather than heavier as a starting point.

Side sleepers need products that don't create pressure on their ears or shoulders. Our Sleep Headphone Headband is specifically designed for side sleepers — flat 6mm speakers sit completely flush against the ear with zero protrusion. Pair it with a 3D contour eye mask that has a raised centre so it never touches your eyelids.

All products listed as "In stock" on the product page are available in our US warehouse and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page.

We stand behind every product we sell. Each item is carefully vetted and tested before being listed. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, email us — we're happy to help you choose.

Shipping

Most orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days. Express (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order dispatches.

Free shipping on all orders over $49. Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $49. Express is $12.99. Overnight is $24.99.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

Currently we ship to the US only. We're working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and Australia in 2026. Sign up to our email list to be notified when international shipping launches.

Email a photo to hello@strivosleep.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement same day at no cost to you. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Orders

Email hello@strivosleep.com immediately after placing your order. We can modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order will have been processed for dispatch and the order may have already shipped.

Check your spam / junk folder first — confirmation emails from hello@strivosleep.com occasionally end up there. If it's not there, your email address may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Email us with your name and the approximate order amount and we'll locate your order.

Check around your door, with neighbours, and with anyone else at your address first. Carriers sometimes mark items delivered before the actual delivery. If you still can't locate it 24 hours after the marked delivery, email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have a welcome discount and a seasonal promotion code, use whichever gives you the bigger saving. Email us if you're unsure which to use and we'll advise.

Account

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you view order history, track packages, and save your addresses for faster future checkout.

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email we've sent you. You'll be removed from all marketing immediately. You'll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) for any active orders.

Email hello@strivosleep.com requesting account deletion. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except for order records which we're required to retain for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes.
