Where is my order?
Check your email for a tracking link. If you don't have one after 3 days, email us with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Can I change my order?
Email us immediately after placing your order. We can modify orders within 2 hours of placement.
My item arrived damaged
Email a photo to hello@strivosleep.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost, same day.
